Return & Exchange Policy:

• 30-day Return Window: You can return items purchased from thejewelleryappraiser.co.uk  All returns must be approved before sending it back to us.
• Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (including gifts). 
• Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to refund,we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.
• Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
